The next variant, the least preferred, plastic surgery for weight loss – liposuction. It is one big disadvantage – expensive, painful, with a lot of side effects. You will have scars, bruises. You will have to spend in hospital some time and after all that you will not have ideal result!
If you still cannot decide, what way of weight lose you prefer, try to connect them. It will give not bed result. For example – do 15-minute exercise in the morning, during the day, try to eat not very fat, healthy food, and in the evening it will be enough to have a trekking from your work to home.
Such program will not take much time, will not make you exhausted but will be rather effective!
