Diet Solution Program Review- A Healthy Way To Control Weight
The Diet Solution Program is a comprehensive program that assures fat loss along with maintaining good health and strength. It includes a nutrition manual that teaches the users about the principles to be followed in order to reach their ideal weight and offers them the recommended meal plans, shopping lists, and recipes to do so. There is also a list of foods and activities to avoid in order to maximize weight loss results
Once you have completed the questionnaire you are told how much protein/carbs and fats you should eat for every meal (3 big meals per day and a snack between each). The author is confident that once you find the right combination for you then you can cut out a lot of the problems modern people have like fatigue, bloating, constipation etc and you will be full of energy.
That takes up about half the guide, the rest is filled with a look at the good and bad foods we commonly eat and how to make sure we cut out as many chemicals from our diets as possible and eat a lot healthier. The downside is most of the suggested foods will cost a lot more, but based on some of the claims made then I know I am changing some of my foods over!
The diet will be a lot of work, at the start you’ll need to get used to eating a lot of different things, and you need to track what you eat for every meal and how it makes you feel so that eventually you can work out exactly what your body does and doesn’t like. But it is a long term plan which if you can follow it should make you eat healthier for the rest of your life rather than just a short period like most diets.
Weight loss is achieved by working out the calories you should be eating every day then slicing some off that. Although weight loss is not really discussed in any detail, the author just says that you will start losing fat automatically as you start eating the foods that she recommends and the foods that are right for your bodytype.


The extras you get with the main guide are ok, you get some good recipes and about 20 days of meal plans for each bodytype to help get you started. The quick start guide is a good summary of everything you have been told in the main guide so I’d leave that until after you have read the main guide and use it as a reminder.
We also purchased the upgrade which gives you lots of mp3’s and a guide which says cholesterol is nothing to do with heart disease and in fact we should be aiming to have high cholesterol, that is also discussed in an audio too.
A lot of the audio files are just discussing things already mentioned in the book but there is some new information in there like when the author takes some real restaurant menus and goes through to pick what she would eat if she was dining there. But the upgrade is expensive for the level of new information you get.
The best part of the upgrade is probably the personal email consultation, we emailed in 3 questions we had after finishing the course and a few days later had really detailed answers back from the author. This really helps you to get the most out of the system as anything you don’t understand can be explained and anything you have concerns about can be addressed.
Overall a good package, it requires effort and expense to change your eating habits but it could sort out a lot of intestinal issues and give you a lot more energy. It would be nice if weight loss was discussed more but consider this a healthy eating plan with a small discussion on weight loss rather than a typical diet plan which focuses mainly on short term weight loss and not on healthy eating.
