During life human consume about 20-25 tons of food. The percent of healthy food is unknown, but every year it becomes less. With the appearance of fast-foods, frozen semi-finished goods our nutrition turned to the strength test of our organisms. Often, when you are in a lack of time, you buy some sandwiches or burgers, because they are tasty, nourishing and rather cheap. Of course, you now that is fat and totally unhealthy, but you still buy it again and again. There is no doubt that you could by some fruit or vegetables, mineral water and some wholegrain bread and it would be a standard of healthy nutrition. But cellulose, which mostly constitutes fruit and vegetables that is digested in organism rapidly, will not give a feeling of satiety.
Nowadays is very hard to eat healthy food, even if you will eat only plant food. It is full of different chemicals that are used to speed up growth, to make it more appetite and to help keep it longer in a fresh condition.
So, to be vegetarian is not a way out. Besides, science has proved that people who eat meat are healthier, powerful and seldom feel ill. In meat is a source of proteins needed for normal being.
To have the same quantity of proteins that human could have from 100 grams of meat, vegetarians has to eat 10 times more plant food.
If you have some problems with weight, you can consult with the doctor, nutritionist, and he will give you a special diet.
By the way, there is a stereotype, that diet is something unbelievably hard to manage, you will have to eat half of a seed a day and no sweet trivias. No! Diet is just smartly chosen products, in concrete proportions that all together make a complex of healthy nutrition.
Balanced nutrition helps us not only to be fit, feel better, be more energetic, and even avoid many diseases connected to heart, liver, kidneys, condition of skin, nails, hair, color of skin and so on.
In summer period eat more plant food, to accumulate reserve of vitamins for winter, in winter eat more animal food to give organism opportunity struggle with cold and diseases. Go in for sport, be active and you will feel progress!
It is my subjective opinion. Let everyone chose his own style of living: eat to live or live to eat!
