Choosing a Shade

They key to having sparkly lips that look good is to choose the shade of sparkle lipstick that is right for you. If you are looking for a more natural look, you should pick out a sparkle lipstick that is only a shade or two away from your actual lip color. Lighter lips obviously should choose lighter lipstick, and darker lips should choose darker lipstick. You can test this by applying lipstick to only one of your lips. First, you need to buff your lips with a warm and wet cloth. This will remove any dead skin from your lips that might clump the lipstick.

Only apply one layer. The lipstick will cling to the powder and stay vibrant for the whole night-and the tissue protects your lips from becoming too powdery.
